Talking Therapies Portsmouth

The NHS Psychological Support Service for age 16+ who specialise in the understanding & treatment of common mental health difficulties. If you’re struggling with low mood and anxiety, or with a physical condition such as chronic pain or fatigue, we provide talking therapies to help you cope and feel better and courses or workshops

Kooth

Kooth is an online counselling and wellbeing service which offers free and anonymous mental health support. It is available to all young people aged 11-25 living in Portsmouth, Hampshire or the Isle of Wight.

The service is available 24/7 with counselling available 12pm – 10pm on weekdays and 6pm – 10pm on weekends.

Solent Mind – mental health & wellbeing support in Portsmouth

This is a new style of service offering informal support for anyone in Portsmouth who feels low, worried or hopeless; here to help, if you are in despair about anything – such as housing, money, relationships, work, bereavement, or living away from home at university.
